These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products from Snugora Living (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. However, actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Prices

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery

Delivery terms, times, and costs are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return, and obtain a refund are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy, and are without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your province of residence.

Warranties and Liability

Products are provided with the legal warranties that apply under applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your province of residence in Canada.
