4 · CONDITIONS DE VENTE (Terms of sale / CGV)

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products from Snugora Living through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

1. Products Our products are described and displayed with as much accuracy as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings. Products are offered subject to availability.
2. Prices Prices are shown in CAD. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders and Acceptance Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. The contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you will receive a full refund.
4. Payment Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

6. Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds Your rights to return products and obtain refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Warranties Products may benefit from legal warranties provided under the consumer protection laws applicable in your province or territory. Please contact us if you believe a product is defective.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Force Majeure We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
10. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms of Sale are governed by the consumer protection laws applicable in your province or territory of residence in Canada.
