At Snugora Living, we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. All amounts are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Email us at val24460@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any related shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, items marked as final sale or clearance, and items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.
Your Statutory Rights This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory of residence in Canada.
