We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund. It should be read together with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at val24460@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
