Shipping & Return Policy

This policy explains how and when your Snugora Living order is processed and delivered. We currently ship across Canada.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Canada: 5–8 business days.
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
All prices shown include applicable taxes. In the rare event that any customs fees or import duties apply to an order, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@snugoraliving.com and we will help track it down.
Returns — 100-Day Warranty
Every purchase is covered by our 100-Day Warranty: you have 100 days from the date of delivery to try your item and request a return if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be clean, undamaged, and cared for according to the care instructions. For full details on eligibility, return shipping, and how refunds are processed, please see our Refund Policy. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory in Canada.
