Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times & Destinations
We currently ship across Canada. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates; actual times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or periods of high demand. Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times, as products may be dispatched from different fulfilment centres.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed on the Site.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your order on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. In the rare event that additional import duties apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at val24460@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email val24460@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
