This policy explains how and when your Snugora Living order is processed and delivered. We currently ship across Canada.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery Times
Because some of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 7–15 business days after dispatch (some items may take up to 20 business days during peak periods).
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. In the rare event that any customs fees or import duties apply to an order, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at val24460@gmail.com and we will help track it down.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory in Canada.
